Board Members Present: Dave Cole, Deborah Howard, Ed Calderone, Glenda Summers, Allen Summers, Debbie Black.

Debbie Black called the meeting to order @ 10:34 a.m.

Ed Calderone, President, talked about his last president’s letter and his future president’s letter.

Glenda Summers presented the members with the treasurer’s report. Ed Calderone motioned to accept the report and Dave Cole seconded the motion.

Debbie Black differed the meeting minutes from January till the next meeting.

Youth Division prizes were decided on due the number of participants. Each participant would get a rod from American Rodsmiths and a Tackle Pack from Lake Fork Tackle.

Division I 1st place will receive $300 Savings Bond.

Division II 1st place will receive $150 Savings Bond. 2nd place - $100 Savings Bond. 3rd place - $50 Savings Bond.

Discussion of the second youth tournament on June 12th will have to be moved to Monterey Park, instead of Cassell Boykin’s. Cassell Boykin’s already is booked for that day

We will survey our youth contestants on where they would like to have the 3rd tournament in August.

2010 State Tournament contract update; the contract has been given to Speedy and the panel at Falcon Lake. Ed Calderone should have some type of answer back from them in about 2 weeks.

There was also discussion in regards to the years to come for the state championship tournament, in having a set schedule of lakes that we will be going to, possibly on a rotating basis. This was left open to discuss at a later meeting.

Allen reminded Debbie about Austin Bass Club and the championship patches that we needed to get to them. Debbie will e-mail Jake and confirm the year they need.

Glenda Summers motioned to adjourn the meeting, Deborah Howard seconded the motion.

Meeting adjourned @ 11:38 a.m.

Next meeting; date and time to be announced.
